MORE INFORMATION

Each retainer package has a 3 month minimum commitment. At the end of 3 months, we will re-evaluate the program to ensure the number of hours are fitting your business needs. We can then adjust to a 6, 9, or 12 month commitment.

Each retainer includes a set number of hours per month. If you acquire any overage in hours during the month, you will be billed at the standard hourly rate at the beginning of the next month.

Unused hours may be rolled over to the next month. You will pay the same monthly fee, but if you require additional work on the following month and had unused hours from the previous month, you can utilize your unused hours without the additional rate charges. Unused hours expire at the end or termination of commitment term.

At the beginning of each month, you will receive your invoice, payable per agreed upon payment terms via ACH, credit card, check, or PayPal. Invoices will include your monthly retainer rate, and any additional charges from previous month where you may have gone over.

I will let you know if we are close to hitting your monthly hours. If additional time is needed for the month, you will be made aware before committing to pay extra.

The following services are not included in the monthly retainer fee but may be purchased separately: stock imagery, fonts, logo design, branding, color proofing, copywriting, and 3D rendering.

STEP ONE – Contact Me

We will start with a 30-minute meeting, which can be in-person in my office, over the phone, or via video call, so I can hear more about your expectations and so that we can get to know each other. I want to learn all about you, your business, and your goals. We’ll go over your business needs and upcoming projects. 

STEP TWO – First Payment

Once paperwork has been signed and documented, I will accept first payment, and we will go over the month's projects, timelines, and priorities.

STEP THREE – You're All Set!

We will repeat the process each month for the remainder of the commitment term you selected.

STEP FOUR – Revisit Your Contract

At the end of your commitment term, we will review your contract to see if you want to adjust the number of hours reserved each month before signing again.
